In 2012, we were commissioned by Ray and Jill Bull to deliver a complete new build home in Downside, Cheam. Our work began with full site preparation and groundwork to make sure the plot was ready for construction. From the start, we focused on creating a strong and reliable foundation that would support their new home for many years to come.
Building a Bespoke Property
We constructed the house with great attention to detail at every stage. From the core structural work through to the finishing touches, our priority was to deliver a bespoke home that met Ray and Jill’s needs. The finished property combined modern living with high-quality craftsmanship, giving them a house they could truly call their own.
Landscaping the Outdoor Space
As part of the project, we also carried out the landscaping to complete the home. This included designing and delivering external features that enhanced the overall look and feel of the property. The outdoor areas were made both functional and attractive, complementing the new build perfectly and adding value to the home.
